The Human Resources Management Certificate is intended for those who wish to pursue greater professional opportunities within human resource management, or to make a career change into human resources.
Upon complete of this program, students will be able to:
- Examine the impact of digital management tools and workflow on the human resources profession.
- Assess metrics and techniques for evaluating work performance at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
- Assess an organization鈥檚 level of compliance with employment, compensation, and workplace laws and regulations, and develop strategies to reduce risk.
- Develop organizational training strategies to foster a positive work culture.
